    Hi there!
    I’m wondering why my footer font color shows green on a laptop if a visit is in incognito mode.
    The normal font color should be white as my footer background is grey,
    when I preview the site as an admin, it shows the right color.
    Also, when I use my phone to view my site, it shows the right color,
    but when I use others’ computers to look at the footer, the font color shows in green, which is weird.

    Hey imJas,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .footer_color a {
      color: #fff;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    I see that your site is hosted with wordpress.com, how exactly do we login there?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    That link takes me to the same login page, and I don’t have a wordpress.com account unfortunately. Can’t you simply share your own working login details with us in private?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi there!
    I see you’ve changed the footer of the color, many thanks!
    There are another 2 issues that appear:
    1. My heading size becomes very small, even smaller than paragraphs, and the learn more button changes from orange to grey, which is not appealing.
    2. The 4th section becomes orange if I view it in mobile size.
    I’ve attached the login info and recorded the screen to point out the problem in a private message.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We didn’t change anything on your site, so it’s likely that you have active caching on your site, which has now expired.

    1. I’m not sure exactly on which screen size you are looking to change which headings, but the ones you indicated in the screencast can be controlled with this CSS:

    .av-image-caption-overlay-center {
      font-size: 26px;
    }

    2. There is CSS changing that section to orange coming from the file in private. It’s impossible for us to know where that is added though, since the URL doesn’t give any clues.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    The CSS it doesn’t work, the headings are still very small from my homepage.

    The 2nd issue, could you elaborate on it? Which CSS do you mean? Is the one in the additional CSS line 6? I try to remove it, but there’s nothing changed. The link you provide in the private data can’t be reached.

    About the last sentence, do you mean you can’t log in with the link? But I’ve tried it in incognito mode, and it works.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    The CSS I gave you for the footer links didn’t work at first either, but then did work after a few days without changing anything. Do you have any caching on the site? If so, then that is the likely reason to why it’s not working.

    The CSS file I referred to is not generated the theme, maybe you could let us know what is creating it? It’s likely that it’s coming from a CDN for example.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    1 and 2: the screenshot is not working, please link to a working one.

    3. There is CSS applying from the file I referred to before, and that is not created by the theme. If you need further help, then please turn off the functionality which is creating that file, so that we can check where the actual CSS is coming from.

    4. Please try to be a bit more specific as to what you want me to elaborate on.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    The styling on your site is still being served via what looks to be a CDN, so we can’t tell you where the styling is coming from, unless that is turned off. Please see example in private.

    In the future, then please try to stick to one problem per thread.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    I’ve asked WP developer to switch off the CDN and cleared the site cache. This should help with your request.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    They’ve done it and you may have a look at it now.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    The styling on your site is still coming from the same source. I’ve checked in regular and private/incognito browsers, and they all show the same thing.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    I’ve asked WP developer to solve the problem that you mentioned above.

    I believe you can login to see where is the problem with my theme now.

    Let me know if you have any other questions, I’d be happy to help you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that.

    1. Which header are you looking to change the size of?

    2. The are orange on my end, please try checking in an incognito or private browser window.

    3. There is a dark overlay over those pictures on my end, please see #2 if you can’t see that on your end.

    4. It’s orange on my end on both desktop and mobile.

    6. There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, maybe there’s a plugin which could add such functionality to your site?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
