    Hi There,

When checking my site on mobile by dragging the browser down to mobile screen size and also on Iphone 5S I am experiencing some display problems that I cant figure out what is wrong

    1. Footer Display Issues on the home page but the footer is ok on every other page (See attached screen grabs of Home and About pages

    2. When down at mobile the Brand menu is not clickable yet I can access the sub menu ok … this is the only nested menu on the site.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help with this matter

The issue with the brand menu is via the hamburger menu down at mobile and on iPad Mini in portrait

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

1.) A few sections are rendered outside the wrap_all container which breaks the responsiveness of the site. Please edit the page then make sure that all elements are inside a color section.

2.) Go to the Enfold > Header > Mobile panel. Disable the “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items” option.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Ismael,
Many thanks for your feedback. I have solved point 2 as per your instructions.

However, I am a complete newbie to web design and wordpress and somewhat lost by your suggestion in point 1.

how do I “edit the page to make sure that all elements are inside a color section”?

    Thnxs

    Hi!

Just edit a page, and when you do, make sure that all the elements of the ALB are placed, inside a big Color Section. That is what he means.
If not, that is why you see the page braking down.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

do you mean everything in just one colour section or make sure any elements are inside a colour section?

I have tried both and still does not fix the home page footer

    Hi!

We modified the page for you and the page is fully responsive now. You can see what I meant by inspecting the advance layout builder. We move all columns elements inside their own color section: http://utilisproducts.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=17&action=edit

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Ismael,

Having inspected the page I can clearly see how the page is now structured in the ALB and to be honest I thought I had done all this while in draft/preview mode but clearly I was doing something stupid as nothing seemed to work even when doing this one step at a time.

Anyway thank you so much for fixing this. You’re a star!

My stress levels are back to normal for now!

    Kind Regards
    Dave
