Hello!
I added in my footer a background image and it doesn’t display. In the Error console it seems the image url is doubled making the resource file unaccessible. I removed the image, re-uploaded it. Didn’t work. I tried modifying this error directly in the database but it keeps coming back. I tried also doing it manually with CSS, and it creates the same problem.
Help!
Thanks!
I’m having the same problem, but disabling the CSS File Merging and Compression in Enfold > Performance fixes it for me.
Enfold support admins: can you look into this and let us know when it’s fixed so I can re-enable the CSS minification?
Thanks!
Hi artsurmesure,
Credentials did not work for me. Please try updating the theme to the latest version the issue should be resolved there.
Best regards,
Victoria
I’m resending you the credentials. This is what Envato provided.
The theme version is : EnfoldVersion : 4.5.5
If there is a more recent version, its not available on Themeforest.
Thanks
