The footer is not responsive, when is open in a small device or resize in the computer is not getting the responsive design position(a column on top of the other one), it keeps the 3 columns and looks horrible.
I placed the sidebar in this page: https://www.staging1.wewilltransportit.com/contact-we-will-transport-it/
and I was using the Sidebar Pages to the right where it was this info:

And them, the sider was at the bootom of the content page, it wasnt located to the right side of the page.I need to fix this asap, thanks and waiting for your quick response.

In the content pages, the paragraphs are bold and blue.
The footer is not responsive in the home page, I did an update and everything is the same.

When you need to correct and customize the CSS – this is normal!
But when you need to crawl and correct, the PHP-code is already very bad by the author of the template.Also sneak up thoughts go to another template. All hope is glimmering that they will correct all errors ((

Blue and bold content: your text is wrapped in a strong tag, if you don’t want it blue and bold then please remove the strong tag around your text.

You are wrong and I know that there is a problem with the theme because in the backend nothing is between
I need you to log in and check the problem in the backend.
If you check all the pages the paragraph content is bold and looks horrible and then the links and the words that I need using the strong attribute doesn’t look like must be.

Yes, there is no strong tag in the backend but there is on the front end. Maybe it’s due to caching? Did you try to remove the cache from your caching plugin? I’m checking the URL in private.

This is the last time that I use this theme and I will start looking for another one.
I have purchased this theme more than 50 times for my customers and now you are going to lose this number and my recommendations because you deserved it with the worst customer service that I ever had.I fixed the problem, I was waiting for you for more than a week and nothing.

It is supposed that you are charging money for this support and you are going to be able to assist every customer but this is not happening and you know that.
If you have to hire more people for technical support you must do it in order to offer the customer services that people who purchased the theme feel protected and happy with your services.
