how is it to add content (html) in the footer adding widget in the footer does not work

You should go to Appearance > Widgets and add Text widget to one of Footer Column widget areas. That does not work for you?

I was able to log on to your site and add a text widget to your footer without issue. You can see it on this page: http://www.k-winmotorcycle.fr/?page_id=1122
Note that right now you have the footer and socket to *only* show the socket by default. This is set by you in the theme options in the Footer tab.
You can control this on each page individual as well as through the option in the Footer tab. On each individual page look for the Layout meta box on the right hand side of the page.
