    Hi Team,

    I am having an issue in my theme where the fonts are not updating even though I have followed instructions in the forum to update both in the general and advanced styling sections of the theme options.

    I would like for the headings to be raleway and the body text to be Lora, it looks like it is defaulting to helvetica for the heading for some reason.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, let me know if you need any other info.

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The css code is setup properly however the stylesheet that calls those googlefonts is not present in the page that’s why it’s not loading.
    Can you setup a staging site for us? so we can investigate further without affecting your live site.

    Hi CosmicMoves,

    Thanks for giving us a staging site.
    It seems the issue was Cookie and Privacy Settings.
    When the banner shows at the bottom, you’ll need to go to Settings > Other External Services > enable Google Webfonts, you can see it in the screenshot in private content.
