    Hi scanman2121!

    Have you checked or already tried increasing the available memory for your WordPress installation? You can do so via one of these methods: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

    What did you up it to and what method? If we can see the site live we can check if its been increased from the themes output in the source as well.

    Hey!

    Have you test it on a different browser and computer? I actually encountered this issue on Google Chrome Windows 8. Please try to download the theme again from your themeforest account then update it via FTP.

    Hi Ismael,

    The problem is when I go to “Iconfont Manager” and click on “Upload/Select Fontello Zip” I can upload the zip but when I click “Insert Zip File” I get the error message “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again”

    I have tried 3 different browsers. No luck. Any other suggestions?

    Yeah Peter’s solution didn’t work either. Could you walk me through how to add my icons manually through ftp?

    Hey!

    I’m not sure if it is possible to add fonts manually. I’ll ask Dude. Are you adding multiple icon fonts? Please try to select a single icon font then upload it on the iconfont manager.
