    Hi! There was another post regarding the same exact issue I’m having.

    Hey Intell,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Which font are you trying to upload? Please note that the font manager is intended for Google fonts, so uploading fonts from other sources might return unexpected results.

    Hi,

    You guys call them font icons. They are the little images that goes on the icon box, etc.

    The zip file is in my media. I was going off what the other thread had – like someone from Kriesi went in and was able to get it fixed for the others posting on the above linked thread.

    Is that thread not showing up?

    I appreciate getting some help. Someone at Kriesi was able to help those people eventually.

    Hi,

    Sorry about that. I thought you are referring to the custom font manager.

    Did you get the icon font files from fontello or flaticon? If the icon fonts are from flaticon, please make sure that they are monocolored because colored icons are not acceptable.
