Someone emailed me saying the font rendering seemed larger on a Mac and bolder. I was able to take a look and this is true. Although I use Windows on a daily basis.
You may want to try and use: -webkit-font-smoothing: none; on fonts to help the bold look. But I am not sure why the heading fonts look larger on a Mac though. You may want to try and use em’s instead of pixels for fonts.
