    hi there, after updating the site this morning to the latest theme version i am now having issues with my fonts. any idea why that could be? using child theme.

    Hey clairemartindigital,

    The site looks good on my end. Not seeing the issue with the fonts.

    Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

    Hi Jordan,

    the fonts should be variations of Brandon Grotesque, which they are currently not. I have cleared browsers caches and also viewed in different browsers. If you have a look at the child theme’s css you see what the font should be.

    Any idea? It happened this morning after the theme update.

    Editor is missing under Appearance tab. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into it?

    Hey!

    Have you left your fonts in parent theme before updating the theme? It seems like previous path of the fonts was – /wp-content/themes/enfold/css/fonts/ which does not exist anymore. I changed your custom CSS in child theme accordingly. You should upload your fonts in /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/css/fonts/ and they should show up fine again. If they do not, please let us know!

    Hi Yigit,

    must have uploaded them to the parent theme if the path was accordingly. Have uploaded fonts to /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/css/fonts/ as you described. still not showing. you also mentioned the editor under appearance tab not showing. which is still missing. could that have to do with it?

    Hi,

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If it does not, please try switching to default theme and check once again.
