    I uploaded and activated local fonts – so where does this still come from?

    This is an issue with WordPress, not with Enfold. I searched Google for “wordpress disable font awesome” and this is the first result:

    https://technumero.com/remove-font-awesome-from-wordpress-theme/

    Give this or one of the other solutions a try and let us know how it goes.

    I have also noticed this slowing down my site. Is this something that Enfold requires? The article above indicates some themes use font awesome. Does Enfold?

    We don’s use this maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com.
