    I have tried every adjustment I can possibly find including the advanced styling flyout options. Absolutely nothing I do changes the background color of the flyout menu from a block of solid blue (links cannot be seen so mobile menu is useless right now).

    The site (dancehqsd.com) just went live and we are getting endless complaints that the menu is not working on mobile devices. I changes the BG color and every other setting I could but nothing happens. I thought it was possibly the cache of my browser so I checked in on other devices and in mobile, it’s the same problem on all of them. It works fine on desktop, just not mobile.

    I am trying to make the flyout menu BG black, the text links white and highlight/mouseover could be light gray. I am happy to adjust these once it’s working but can’t get anything to happen other than the solid wall of blue.

    This is urgent as we just went live – please advise.

    This is urgent (the mobile menu is useless at the moment and virtually everyone visiting the site is using a mobile device). I just bought the theme a few weeks ago and the theme supposedly came with 6 months of support. I’m not sure this is even the correct place to get help from the theme designer. Please reply or direct me to a help desk that can get this resolved ASAP.

    Can you please post a solution? I can’t see where to style the mobile menu and right now, it is white text on a very light background – so not very usable. I have tried changing background colours in the options and have tried using the advanced styling, but nothing changes.

    Yes – when I look at my mobile now in an incognito window, I see the dark blue with white text.

    However, the menu on the desktop site is now almost unreadable, b/c I can’t figure out which options are controlling the elements.

    Hi Carol,

    I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and your settings are applying now. Please review your site.

    If you should have this problem in the future, then please try to temporarily activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and clear the cache from your caching plugin.
