February 8, 2016 at 7:36 am #579402Hey fredengl,
I’m not sure where your products are located, could you link to a product page please?

RikardFebruary 8, 2016 at 10:08 am #579453no problem.
lin in privateFebruary 10, 2016 at 11:56 am #581025Hi!
try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it.
Ask WooCommerce support about this as well, as they know their plugin best.

thx for reply.the nextgen gallery plugin is in conflict with the theme. i don’t know where and why.
so i deactivated the dropdown detail of the cart icon with
.dropdown_widget { display: none !important; }
but i would like to have the normal behavior of the team without the bug explained before. Do i contact nexgen developper? can you see and help me to resolve the issue?
Thanks
FredFebruary 11, 2016 at 12:33 pm #581571Hey!
I think we can’t do much about it, as we can’t provide support for every 3rd party plugin existing. Try to contact plugin’s author about it. Maybe WooCommerce support could help as well. Does it work for you when activating a default WordPress theme? let us know about your results please.
Cheers!
AndyFebruary 11, 2016 at 1:47 pm #581608i have tried.
the standard wordpress theme doesn’t have a floating cart icon. so there is no problem. It is only with enfold. when my mouse is pointing to the floating car icon the drop down summary doesnt appear. Even when i put the cart link in the main menu (in enfold option). There is a recent but between the cart dropdown summary by enfold and the nextgen gallery. maybe php conflict or css conflict.
meanwhile the main cart page works like a charm. all the woocommerce is ok except the dropdown summary like you see on the capture above
February 15, 2016 at 4:58 pm #583577Hey!
Let us take a closer look at it please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you better.

important notes in private content:
February 16, 2016 at 1:47 pm #584170Hey!
We added products in the cart and checked for the mouse hover issue in latest versions of Chrome, IE and Firefox for both logged in users and guests. In all the cases we did not see the blank you have mentioned. It could be because of the custom CSS but we could not see it in Enfold > General Styles > Quick CSS
If it worked correctly when you disabled the plugin please update deactivate the plugin and update it and re-activate it again. It might be the culprit causing a clash :)
Could you give us more info which browser you are using and what do you want the cart icon to do when users hover it?
Since you mentioned you are using custom js and css it is recommended to use a child theme. If you update the theme without a child theme all files with custom code will be overwritten and changes will be lost.

February 16, 2016 at 3:30 pm #584228i try to set child theme.
two question :
the custom.css code must be modified in the parent (there is no custom.css in the child theme)?
in the child theme function.php , i have to add only the function i’va added?
does the child hooks the original function.php “concatenate” with the added code in child function.php?February 17, 2016 at 6:54 am #584489Hi!
We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon. The file structure in child theme should be same as the parent theme file structure structure. WordPress will run the child theme functions.php and concatenate the main theme functions.php
There was a conflict with some plugins after deactivating the plugins the cart works fine now. We have re-activated the plugins.
Please check the site now and let us know if you need anything else, we are more than happy to help :)
Cheers!

February 17, 2016 at 5:50 pm #584868i understand the child theme behavior thx
for my problem, it is nt fixed.
when you disable nextgen gallery. it works. when you re-enable it, it works. but wait a few seconds, clean the basket (empty), refresh the cache by ctrl F5 and the problem is still there.
:(
February 18, 2016 at 11:06 am #585290Hey!
Please backup settings and re-install the plugins which is causing the conflict with woocommerce cart. If you still have issues it will be interesting to know what the plugin authors inputs about this issue.
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapMarch 1, 2016 at 1:25 am #591273so, i am in progress…
i tried to roll back a “one year” previous version of nextgen gallery….still the problem….
i try to roll back a prvious version of woocommerce (2.3.1). It works…..
so i updated nextgen gallery… it works …
but if i update woocommerce…..it breaks…
so, woocommerce up to date only without nextgen….ok
woocommerce old with nextgen up to date….ok….i’ll become crazy
March 1, 2016 at 1:11 pm #591498Hey!
ask plugin’s author and let us know what they are saying.
Cheers!
