    Hello,

As the title says, I am unable to import the .zip files that contain the flaticons. I keep getting the error message:

“Could not add the font because the server did not respond”

Attached is access to the FTP-server.

    Best regards,
    Nikolai

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Which icon fonts are you trying to upload? Please note that not every icons in the flaticon site can be uploaded using the Iconfont Manager, only monocolored icon sets as described in the uploader section.

You can upload additional Iconfont Packages generated with Fontello or use monocolored icon sets from Flaticon. Those icons can then be used in your Layout Builder.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Did you download the font set in the Icon Font format? The set looks a bit more complex compared to the common icon fonts included in the theme by default. It is possible that the structure of the zip folder is different, so the Iconfont Manager is not able to process it correctly.

You can also try to download the icons in SVG format and convert them to icon fonts using the converter in the fontello site.

    Hello Ismael,

I tried converting. But no luck. The icons “work” on the fontello site (the small preview). But when I download and upload, its all blank.

Moreso, if I try to do this manually (instead of the “big” SVG file, do each one of them, the icons are not blank, but they look like tildes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

You may need to choose a different icon font set (make sure it is monocolored and simple) or just directly add the SVG icons using the Image element.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
