    Hi,

my pagespeed at the moment is a bit low and so I tried to find out what happens. A gmetrix-analysis (see the link attached) shows me a loading-delay of about 4 seconds caused by flashmediaelement.swf. Could you please tell me how to solve this?

    Hey Manuel!

I recommend using the google page speed insights tool for checking your site speed. It gives you suggestions on how to improve the speed.

Make sure your using a caching plugin and for “Minifying JS / CSS” a good plugin for that would be the BWP Minify plugin.

    Cheers!

    Hi Elliott,

gtmetrix includes pagespeed. If you use the link attached before, you can see in the tab “waterfall” the loading-delay. Its the same as pagespeed, just with more info. There you can see that the flashmediaelement.swf is causing the delay.

    Chees!

    Hi Manu,

Not sure what that is, when inspecting your page I can’t see that file included in the source code?

    Thanks,
