    Hi,

on my blog https://miapple.me I would like to get the width of the sidebar fixed (best would be a width of 273 px). Meaning the width should not increase when viewing on broader screens. The main body can be flexible.

    Any tips?

    Cheers,
    Gee Are

    Hi Gee Are!

With the whole site using a responsive grid its a bit difficult to singularly define a fixed width for a major layout element like that. I know in the next big theme update the grid units used for the sidebar/content areas will be adjustable via theme options but right now you would need to have a freelance developer write the custom css to support the change so that it still works cross browser and stays fully responsive.

    Regards,
    Devin
