    Hi guys,

    I have tried to use Desktop server for the first time to download a copy of my website and run it locally – but … I receive two errors when trying to view the site:

    WARNING: INCLUDE(E:\WEBSITES\WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV/E:/WEBSITES/WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV/WP-CONTENT/UPLOADS/AVIA_FONTS/FONTELLO/CHARMAP.PHP): FAILED TO OPEN STREAM: INVALID ARGUMENT IN E:\WEBSITES\WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV\WP-CONTENT\THEMES\ENFOLD\CONFIG-TEMPLATEBUILDER\AVIA-TEMPLATE-BUILDER\PHP\FONT-MANAGER.CLASS.PHP ON LINE 488

    and

    WARNING: INCLUDE(): FAILED OPENING ‘E:\WEBSITES\WWW.WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV/E:/WEBSITES/WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV/WP-CONTENT/UPLOADS/AVIA_FONTS/FONTELLO/CHARMAP.PHP’ FOR INCLUSION (INCLUDE_PATH=’.;C:\XAMPPLITE\PHP\PEAR’) IN E:\WEBSITES\WWW.MYTESTWEBSITE.DEV\WP-CONTENT\THEMES\ENFOLD\CONFIG-TEMPLATEBUILDER\AVIA-TEMPLATE-BUILDER\PHP\FONT-MANAGER.CLASS.PHP ON LINE 488

    I did copy over all the theme files into my local directory (as if doing a fresh FTP install) but get the same errors.

    Hi Guys,

    I managed to send the archive to the support at Desktop Server. They say there is an issue with the Enfold theme.
    Can anyone shed any light on the issue? Surely others must have used this product before?

    Please help.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you upload a custom font icon or use the Iconfont Manager? Please make sure to copy the whole wp-content > uploads folder?

    Not that I am aware no.

    I had revslider installed but have since removed the plugin and tried again – same result. Really not sure what is causing the error. As you will probably know, the Duplicator software does a complete backup.

    Really stuck now.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi Nikko,

    That’s going to be really difficult to do at the moment. I’m working with the desktop server support at the moment and once we figure more out, I’ll get back to you if that’s OK.
