Finding a kickass wp developer for ongoing work

Hi,

I often buy themes on tf and have customizations that need doing. Currently i have 3 companies that do work for me, in india and pakistan.

But the issue is whenever i send design changes it takes me about 5-6 revisions normally me sending back the same design and asking them to do it again… explaining the css and spacing etc.

No attention to detail is taken and often i wonder if they really know wordpress that well.

I am looking for someone for ongoing work for my client sites that really knows there shizzle.

At the same time i am not not looking at paying high retail for work as i am a web designer doing work for clients so i would prefer normal outsource rates.

Can anyone help?

Please don’t say you can help if you just know the basics of wp, i know them myself.

I am looking for someone at the level that could develop a professional theme from scratch like we see on themeforest.
