Filter Sorting Masonry problem

We are very sorry for the late response. I forgot to tag myself in the thread. What is the current version of the theme? I checked it in the theme’s panel but I can’t find the parent theme there. The Appearance > Editor is missing as well. I know that the site is still using an old version of the theme because the menu looks different. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2 and if there are template modifications in the child theme, please disable those temporarily.

The Version is 4.0.5. At this moment I can’t update the theme, but this is not the problem!

This may actually be the problem because it’s not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and other plugins. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2. If there are previous modifications, please move them to a child theme or redo it in the latest version.
