    Dear

    Example:

Is it possible to put text/custom links above the gallery and once clicked, the gallery filters the pictures to a category?

For example: I want to see the pictures only regarding category A or I want to see all pictures of all categories, etc.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey Boeckske23,

You can have this kind of sortable masonry

If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Perfect!

One last thing… If I add stuff to the grid, it only shows the categories and filters of the pictures that are currently visble.
Only after when I press ‘Load ‘More’, it shows all categories.
Is it possible to show all categories from the start?

And when you click a image you’re redirected to a new page.
Isn’t it possible to just get a lightbox light the other media elements?

    Hi,

I’m sorry but this is not possible. The filter or category will only display if an item that belongs to that category is present in the page.

Ok, and what about the redirect to another page?
Or the getting a lightbox instead of going to a new page?
    Is that possible?

    Hi,

The “Masonry Gallery” element has a “lightbox” feature by default. Make sure that the “Image Link” option is enabled. Are you using the Masonry element?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

No, i’m using just masonry because that contains a filter option at the top.
You could’ve figured that out at the above posts…

So I guess the masonry element doesn’t contain a “Image Link” option?

    Hi,

No, unfortunately, it doesn’t have an “Image Link” option. It’s still possible if you’re using the portfolio items because you can define a custom link. Edit the portfolio item, enable the “Overwrite Portfolio Link setting” then use the image url.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
