Thank you for the inquiry.
Where do you expect to see the widget? Please note that the filter widget will only display on the base shop page and the default product archive or category pages. The widget will not display on a custom product page or post.
Best regards,

How to filter the product by price on custom page ?
In this page, I need to filter the product by price or by name .
How to do it please ?February 20, 2025 at 5:54 am #1477440Hi,
Thank you for the update.
If you’re using the Product Grid element, make sure to set Content > Filter > WooCommerce Sorting Options to the first option. It turns out that you can also enable the WooCommerce Sidebar Filters, but the filters will only display on the base shop page.

Thanks for your reply. I saw that is one website that did the sort option.
Could you check it on private data ? in the right sideThanks

Or need to filter like the one in the private dataThanks
February 21, 2025 at 5:54 am #1477535Hi,
The site is likely using a third-party plugin for the filters in the sidebar because its markup differs from the default WooCommerce filters. As mentioned above, the default shop filters will only display in the base shop or default product templates such as product categories. If you need a more advanced implementation of the filters, you’ll need to look for a plugin or contact a freelance developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
