Hi guys, I’m just trying to find the file which has the settings that set the speed for the fullwidth slider as when you go previous on the fullwidth slider it takes more time to change the image than when you go next (and it’s just not uniform so looks a bit odd for anyone who’s going back and forth between slider images).
Cheers!
Hey Kris1711!
Try line 3913 in the /enfold/js/shortcodes.js file.
transitionSpeed:900,
The value is in milliseconds so 1000 = 1 second.
Cheers!
Elliott
Hi Elliott!
This just changes the transition speed for next and previous, which isn’t the problem I’ve found.
When you click the previous dot or the left arrow to go back an image in the slider, there is a 1 sec delay before the transition has even been applied. So it seems like it’s lagging before the transition is applied.
When you go next to an image in front, there is no 1 sec delay and the transition is applied instantly. So obviously not a uniform transition as the 1 sec defer makes it look broken.
It’s only the Fullwidth Slider I think I’ve had this problem with.
Wonder what could be causing the 1 sec delay?
Thanks!
Hey!
Can you please provide a link to the page with the slider? We would like to check it.

Ismael
No worries – the problem can be seen there, thanks!
Hey!
What happens if you add more slides to it? also, does it get fixed if you change the animation setting (from fade to slide)?
Regards,
Josue
Just tested it and it works like it should do with the slide option. I remember now on another site I have the same little glitch on the fullscreen slider with more slides.
OK thanks, that information helps us a lot. I’ll do some tests on my end, use the slide option for now to avoid the glitch.
Best regards,
Josue
Will do as it works with this layout anyway, thanks!
