I use self created child theme for enfold.
in the backend I added a parallax background-img
in the code you can see, that it is linked perfekt in the elements style

but encode-Theme wrote a css-file with the wrong path to the picture.
    (… wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia-merged-styles-733a52b16242166da1bb54d741250d77—601020cd580ea.css
how can i prevent this action???

    Hey Katrin,

Please check the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, or disable file compression if necessary, on the same page.

    Best regards,

    Hey Rikard,

theres one question more. I Imported the parents theme options over a code snippet in the childs functions.php.
(the childtheme is activated in the backend and not the parents theme.)
Is there a difference, using the import/export possibility in the backend theme options? Is it better to use this?
is this the reason of my css problem?

    Greetings, Katrin

    Hi Katrin,

Did you try the option which lets you import the settings from your parent theme? If that doesn’t work then please let us know which CSS is not applying, so that we can have a closer look. Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, if you should need any further help.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    hello rikard,

thanks for your help. I tried the import, but lost all the settings i made.
had to use the exported child-theme file to restore.

So… I´ll let it like it is and use the possibility to delete the old css files in the performance setting,
    whenever i changed my child-css.

Next wp-installation, I will definitly import the parents theme options, before changing something.

Best wishes. you can close the topic now.
