Dear Sirs,
I am developing site and have a few questions:
1) RSS feed to put into header not sure how to set his up what url should I use for http://www.regen.co.uk
2) On the development site at http://www.idesign-websites.co.uk/ password is giles123
On this page I am using image 400px by 400px http://www.idesign-websites.co.uk/solar-page/
I have another similar page using a slider for images http://www.idesign-websites.co.uk/biomass-heating-systems/ I need this iamge to be the same size can you help me please

1. That link is returning a error in a non-WP page, but to get the RSS feed of a WP install is quite simple, just add /rss or /feed to the URL:
2. Edit these images to be 400×400 and set the Slideshow Image Size option in the slider to No Scaling:
