    Hallo,
    ich baue einen Kosmetik-B2B Onlineshop und muss als Eigenschaft die Inhaltsstoffe auflisten.
    Leider scheint die Länge des Feld in der Datenbank nicht zu genügen, um alle Inhalte darzustellen: wenn ich den kompletten Inhalt in das Feld paste, wird im Frontent gar nichts mehr angezeigt! Was kann ich tun? Alternativ wäre an dieser Stelle ein pdf Download für mich ok – aber dies geht auch nicht, oder?

    Liste der Inhaltsstoffe, die angezeigt werden sollen und im Backend im Eigenschaften Feld “Inhaltsstoffe” stehen:

    thanks for your reply, I saw it just now.

    I have a problem with an Woocommerce attribute field that I named “ingredients” (Inhaltsstoffe).
    I need this for a cosmetics online shop.

    However, when I copy the info into the values field, the frontend doesn’t display anything!
    Is the content too long, is there a limit?

    I don’t know what to do alternatively to display the content (see above)! A pdf download would also be ok but I wouldn’t know how to implement that in the atrribute field.

    Hi,
    Woocommerce knows of this issue: “This issue happens when you have a custom attribute with the same name as a global attribute.”
    Please see if you have a custom attribute with the same name as a global attribute. Perhaps updating Woocommerce will also help. It looks like someone made a plugin to help correct the issue, read here for more info: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/14824
    Perhaps checking at the Woocommerce support will offer another fix option.

    Hi Mike,

    I think this is a different issue as I only use global attributes which I’ve just checked.
    When I enter the content, I cannot even save it: when I push the SAVE ATTRIBUTES button, it seems to load, then stops and the SAVE button is still active.

    I’m contacting the Woocommerce support now, too, but maybe you have another idea?

    Danke für Deine Rückmeldung.

    Wenn ich die Seite aufrufe und auf “Zusätzliche Informationen” gehe, erscheint der Text soweit ich sehe, bis zum letzten

    “Lake Bismuth Oxychloride”.

    Enfold greift in das Abspeichern von WC Produktdaten nicht ein, d.h. wenn es da Probleme gibt, hängt es mit WC zusammen. Zur Verifikation kannst Du auf ein Standard WP Theme (z.B. Twentysixteen) umschalten. Auch die Ausgabe der Produktseite kannst Du so prüfen, ob der Fehler von unserem Theme unabhängig ist.

    Falls sich mit WC nichts ergibt gäbe es noch die Möglichkeit, die Inhaltsstoffe auf mehrere Attribute aufzuteilen, damit der Text pro Attribut kürzer wird.
