Yes, that warning is coming from the theme since open markup can break the layout and make elements disappear, so we added that warning so that users would pay more attention to the markup they are adding.

I’m not sure what you mean to be honest with you. Yes, that warning comes up in the layout editor if there is open html markup in the content of the element. It helps you to remember to close any markup you might have left open.

Thanks for the screenshot, though I can’t login to your site. The URL in private leads to a 404 page. Could you post new login details and a link to the page where we can reproduce this on please?

I’m sorry but I can’t log in to your site, if I navigate to the login page I only get a 404 page. I tried using a VPN service with a european IP as well and then I could reach the login page, but once I log in I get a Google error message, please see private. How can we log in to your site?

I got in now using a VPN again, my regular IP just leads to a 404 page so I’m guessing you have IP or country blocking active on the page. I had a look at the page you referenced and I’m guessing you are talking about this content:

Did you copy that from somewhere? It looks like a mix or custom html markup and Enfold shortcode. Maybe you could try to recreate that content in several text blocks, one for each paragraph maybe? Also, what happens if you switch to the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?
