I’m not sure what option your referring to but your feed URL is just your domain name with
/feed/added to the end.www.domain.com/feed/http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds

ElliottMy apologies!!! Somehow I left out the fact I’m trying to set up the “Enfold RSS Link and Twitter Account” widget.
Do I need to get a feed URL from the client’s twitter control panel?

You should insert your client’s twitter username and http://www.yourclientswebsite.com/feed/
