    Hey guys,

    I’m using the enfold theme for couple of years. For a new project I wanted to use the featured video-feature and know, I have to put the youtube-link at the first line of a post and the magic happens. So in the frontend everything is fine – but I noticed in the rss-feed the video is not showing, only the url I putted at the first line.

    Is there any workaround or plugin, which transforms the link also in the rss-feed a real video?

    Hey ppc1337,

    I guess a plugin like Yoast SEO could be useful for this or maybe a simple rss plugin as well.

    Hey Andy,

    thanks for your reply. I’m using yoast but there are no custom feelds or other stuff for embedding a video for an individual post. I thought more about some code which grabs the normal youtube-url and transforms it to the normal iframe-code which works fine in rss-feeds. So the goal is using the featured-video-feature and showing the video in the rss-feed. For now, the video isn’t in the feed

    Hi,

    it’s nothing which the theme can provide for you, so you need to search for a plugin with such a function.
