    Hi everybody,

    i have a problem with my featured images. I don’t understand why a featured image 500x500px is well viewed in it’s article, while another featured image (with the same size 500x500px) of another article it’s zoomed and cutted.

    Hi!

    First of all, please be patience while you open a ticket.
    We do have a line where we reply and when you post inside you get it back to the end.
    We do not reply tickets in an hour.

    There is a difference on how you added your images.
    One image has width while the other one does not.

    Sorry, i didn’t know that you can’t reply soon.
    What do you mean that an image has width and the other one does not?
    Both have the same width…or so it seems…on Media the images both are 500x500px.
