    I have setup the theme but using the Blog Posts Element, the featured image isn’t showing with the excerpt. On the homepage near the bottom.

    Hey annepizarro,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    If I inspect the homepage, the image is there but is hidden.
    Can you try to flush out the cache? then disable the caching plugin and check.
    If it doesn’t show up, please disable all the plugins and then check.
    If it shows up, enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.

    I deactivated all the plugins and cleared the cache and they still do not show.

    Can you setup a staging site for us? so we can try to isolate the issue without affecting your live site.

    Hi annepizarro,

    Thanks for creating the staging site and giving us admin access.
    The original uploaded image that’s being fetched is already removed in the uploads folder (the only ones remaining are the cropped ones).
    I tried to use a different image and it works properly, you’ll just need to re-upload those images and it should work properly.
