Feature request

Hi,

Any idea when this might be up as I have one to add.

Feature request – page as a header

I have started using a page as a footer more often now as the flexibility it brings is awesome.

What I would like to suggest is a page for the header. Whether this would include an anchor to sit the menu or just be able to create more unique headers that sit above the menu. This would give great flexibility to the theme and perhaps a leg up on other competing themes making Enfold even better again.
