Hello, I have a small problem with featured image on the single post.
When I write with the block editor everything goes well, if I use instead Avia Layout Builder, the image is not displayed as well as the metadata, tags and social share buttons

When you make posts with the Advanced Layout Builder all those meta elements are not present out of the box, you need to add some of them using the Advanced Layout Builder elements. It’s always been like this even when the Default editor was used in WordPress.

Thank you for your answer.
However, I remain of the idea that ALB does not allow you to build the article like the classic editor. In fact you can’t add metadata like categories, date and time, author etc. and this is a real limitation.Other themes have many setting options that allow total control.

Yes that is correct, the Layout Builder is a bit limited when it comes to posts. Our thought was that we wanted it to act more like a page then a post.

I think you build a page once and then you don’t edit it all the time. Posts on the contrary are much more dynamic and interactive. It would be nice if you would consider expanding the ALB offer.Best regards

The Advanced Layout Builder serves a different purpose. It gives you the blank canvas where you can create anything you need. With it you can create landing pages and pages which do not look like each other and where you don’t need to show metadata.
And if you need the posts functionality you can still use the Classic editor.
