My website is very slow. Gtmextrix waterfall shows the favicon adding many seconds to the speed test. I am a layperson. I did this test on the favicon and I cannot decipher what this means.
I put the favicon 16 x 16 px in the favicon spot in the enfold theme, changed it, different sizes, nothing works..THESE ARE THE RESULTS. PLEASE HELP. – I do not know code.
iOS Safari
The high resolution Touch icon is absent
There is no Touch icon
There is no Touch icon in the root directory
Android ChromeThe high resolution icon is absent
There is no icon for Android Chrome

SAME ON THIS SITE TOO…
https://photomagx.com is the site gtmetrix and all tests have the icon for the site slowing all of my sites way down and the Layerslider on the waterfall shows its is taking a long time to load.

Thanks for that, let’s stick to one site at a time. I can’t see anything strange in those results. The favicon is the last element to be loaded on the site, that is why it’s last on the list, and the load time 0.024 seconds. How is that slowing down your site?
