November 19, 2021 at 4:37 pm #1329710Hi,
Thanks for that. I see the icon added to the markup on your site, but it’s not showing up for some reason. I see that you have some optimisation plugins active, does it make any difference if you deactivate them temporarily.

November 25, 2021 at 5:14 am #1330388Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what is going on with you favicon unfortunately. When I load the backend, it seems to load as it should until the page is fully loaded, then it’s replaced by the default icon. Could you try to disable all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 25, 2021 at 10:37 am #1330427Hi @Rikard,
No worries. I have tried that and cleared all cache and nothing worked. I even tried which a different img to favicon and both jpg & png. Still nothing works.
I also looked into some of out other websites with the same setup and their favicons are showing both frontend and backend… :-/November 25, 2021 at 12:48 pm #1330442Hi,
Thanks for the update. I get the feeling that something is overwriting it somehow, did you try deactivating all plugins?

Sorry for the late reply, I see that your favicon is giving a 404 error, please download the favicon.ico linked below and upload to your root directory via FTP or your webhost file manager, your root directory should look like this:
Then clear your browser cache and any cache plugin, and check.Best regards,
