    Hello,

    We are using Enfold theme for website: https://www.zochagroup.com/membership/

    We have a trouble with Favicon. It display in few pages of Firefox browser only It does not display at all in Chrome browser, we did try few format and size but nothing is working, can you please help.

    Hey zochagroup!

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Hi,

    This is fixed. It’s a caching issue, after clearing the cache the issue still persists but after deactivating w3 total cache, the issue is fixed, I have enabled w3 total cache and since the caching has been regenerated there should be no issues :)

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you for your response, we did the same but still favicon display only in Firefox but not in Chrome and other browsers.

    Hey!

    Try to deactivate this plugin: WP Content Copy Protection then check. If it doesn’t work try to deactivate the following plugins also and check: Simple Custom CSS and My Custom Functions. Let us know if it works :)
