Update: site is working again. I don’t know how to delete this thread, but perhaps the fatal error is something you need to know about. But my site is back to normal.
Hi – I’m getting an error when trying to access my website at http://www.DominiqueHurley.com :
Fatal error: Declaration of avia_sc_comments_list::shortcode_handler() must be compatible with that of aviaShortcodeTemplate::shortcode_handler() in (SEE PRIVATE CONTENT FOR FULL MESSAGE)…html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/comments.php on line 14I was trying to add an admin password on my CPanel and made a mistake. I just spent 2 hours on chat with my webhost and they said they reverted my mistake. But as we still didn’t have access to my website, they switched themes to test and it’s working (although just the blog and nothing else). And if they switch back to Enfold we get the error above.
I don’t know what to do. I’m not very techy. I’m including the tech chat transcript in the private content in case this provides clues for you that they didn’t pick up. They said I needed to contact you. Thanks.

October 24, 2017 at 5:29 pm #868300See private content for admin access. I found instructions through a search.
October 24, 2017 at 8:47 pm #868386Update: A few hours later, I tried re-activating the Enfold theme myself and this time the website does show up instead of an error message). Huge relief. It was very different, but I noticed that all my plugins were de-activated. After re-activating them, most is back up. Just the footer is different because the Bluehost tech changed the theme. I was able to rebuild it as the widgets were kept on the side in the Widget panel.
Not sure if I was able to re-activate Enfold because you were working on it at your end. Progress for sure. Relief too.
From my latest review, all seems to be back. Yay!

Sorry for the late response and glad that it’s back. I have checked your site and it seems everything is good and no errors in the web console. Let us know if you need more assistance :)

NikkoOctober 25, 2017 at 2:49 pm #868754Thanks. We can close this one. Not sure what that fatal error was about, but it didn’t kill it permanently. :-)
