    I installed 4.3 via FTP, which seemed to go okay; but then, going to check the website I get this message first thing:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/openmi6/public_html/khfenterprisesinc.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home/openmi6/public_html/khfenterprisesinc.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 12

    Hey kenwae,

    Can you try to remove the enfold theme completely in the themes folder then install Enfold 4.3.
    That should fix the issue. If that doesn’t help please give us a ftp access and a link to your site so we can check further.
    You can post the details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.
