    Hello,
    I installed the “YITH WooCommerce Compare Premium” plugin on my site and added the corresponding widget to a sidebar. The widget displays the list of products that the user added to the comparison table. This all works fine with the Twenty Twenty theme or with the Storefront theme.

    As soon as I activate the Enfold Theme (Version 4.7.6.4 / PHP 7.3), I get the following error:

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Looks like the issue occurs because the theme checks for shortcodes inside the widgets. Did you enable the Performance > Scan Widgets for Theme Shortcodes option? What happens if the option is disabled or set to the first option?

    yes that was the problem. You solved it! The scan widgets option was enabled. I disabled it and now everything works fine. Thank you very much for this fast and accurate support You have the best support and theme by far!
