Hi all,
suddenly this morning I have this issue when I try to visit a category page:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /web/htdocs/www.geoclima.com/home/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php on line 10470
May 15, 2015 at 5:32 pm #445067Hey Gian Maria!
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
YigitMay 19, 2015 at 3:01 pm #446441Hi,
I contacted my provider and says that my memory limit is up to 256 M and it found an issue on config-layerslider component.May 19, 2015 at 3:05 pm #446448Hi!
It actually looks like WPML is causing the issue but have you been able to resolve the issue?
Best regards,
YigitMay 19, 2015 at 3:13 pm #446455No, what am I supposed to do? Deactivate it?
May 19, 2015 at 4:04 pm #446496I found it happens also trying to enter the blog http://www.geoclima.com/thinkforward but only on english version, not on other languages.
May 21, 2015 at 5:05 pm #447841Hey!
hm I can’t open your website, it’s just not loading. Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version. Also update all your plugin. If this does not help try to deactivate all your plugin, to see if one is causing this issue. Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which one is causing problems.
And if this does not help neither, then I think you might need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account, as there might bee some corrupted files on the installation.

AndyMay 22, 2015 at 9:03 am #448243Hi Andy,
did you try clicking on the link I posted? Because I got this issue only on that page and only in english. If you try to visit my website homepage (http://www.geoclima.com) or that page in another language (http://www.geoclima.com/de/thinkforward/) you won’t get any issue.May 29, 2015 at 12:44 pm #451580Hey!
I can’t load the links you are providing. I wait and wait, but they just don’t load. Did you try to deactivate all other plugins but WPML? which theme and WordPress versions are you using? Can you load your website yourself? did you try on another computer? what is your host saying about it? maybe your site is blocked for specific countries. Did you try to delete all theme files and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account? Please also contact WPML support about this issue, because they might have any more ideas. Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version.
Best regards,
AndyMay 29, 2015 at 3:08 pm #451623I sort of fixed it deactivating Advanced Excerpt plugin. Now it works, but I need to find another solution for excerpts.
May 31, 2015 at 7:35 am #452193Hi!
What is the issue with the excerpt? Please open a new thread regarding the issue.
Cheers!
IsmaelJune 3, 2015 at 9:32 am #453649I installed Advanced excerpt to manage the excerpts on category pages but it created a conflict with WPML plugin, so I deactivated it.

We don’t install or edit any plugins unless you give us permission to do so. I couldn’t find any login details in the thread either so I’m pretty sure it’s not one of us. Could you open a new thread about the excerpts problem and we can close this one?
Cheers!
RikardJune 4, 2015 at 10:43 am #454352ok, thanks a lot.
