Can you identify the issue?
ThanksNovember 18, 2019 at 11:25 pm #1157974Hey Commun-IT,
can u provide us ftp access also so we try disable the public error so we can be able to check this somehow?
Best regards,

We’ve activated debug mode and installed the Classic Editor plugin. Now we can access the page again to edit it. But we still don’t know why it happened. We had experienced a similar issue on a different site a few weeks ago. In both cases it seemed to be connected to the slider element.
November 20, 2019 at 3:38 am #1158333Hi,
Thanks for the update, something seems to be breaking the layout editor but I’m not sure what exactly. It could be the 1/4 layout at the top, you have manually added links to the text. Could you try to remove the links and use the element options to set the link instead please?
If that doesn’t work then please try to remove any code blocks or similar to see if your custom code or shortcodes are creating a conflict. If you want a page to experiment with then you can activate debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy the shortcodes to a new page.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 20, 2019 at 11:55 pm #1158634We have changed the 1/4 layout titles to use the element options for the links.
As the problem no longer occurs, we can’t say whether that helped or not.
