July 13, 2017 at 6:31 am #820347Hey Franby,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
You could also try to rename the plugin folder in WordPress in order to disable all plugins. If none of those things should work then maybe your hosting provider would be able to restore a backup of the site? If you should need to do this then please take the opportunity to ask what version of PHP is running on your site as well.
Best regards,
RikardJuly 17, 2017 at 9:59 am #822450Hi. I am facing the same error. My entire website is down. I replaced the theme files with a fresh copy and I also renamed the plugin folder but the error remains. What should I do?
July 17, 2017 at 10:00 am #822453The error:

July 17, 2017 at 10:19 am #822471Ok I contacted my hosting provider to update the PHP version and it works fine now :)
July 17, 2017 at 12:23 pm #822545Hi @angeeZL,
Great, glad you got it working and thanks for letting us know. Just for reference; what PHP version were you running and what did you update to?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 18, 2017 at 5:07 am #823070It was 5.2 I think. I asked the web hosting provider what is the latest version they had and it was 5.4. Switched it to that and it was ok thereafter.
July 19, 2017 at 5:58 am #823671Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. The minimum recommended version to use WordPress on is 5.6, just a reminder for any future projects you might have.

RikardSeptember 21, 2017 at 5:44 am #854648Hi
I updated my enfold theme to the latest version, which caused the whole website to crash and not load. All the plugins have auto deactivated. “Stylesheet is missing” is stated when i try to access the website. Our webhosting provider said that it’s the update that caused the site to go down. We were advised to re-install the theme but that might mean losing the customisation and works done in our Woocommerce plugin.
Please advise.September 22, 2017 at 7:42 am #855208Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. Where have you made customisations? If they are in any of the theme files then yes, you would lose those if you overwrite the theme. If you want to go ahead anyway and update via FTP then you can find instructions on how to do that here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
