Please help,
I am desperate. I have a wordpress site http://www.blumtoo.com, that is hosted by flywheel. they upgraded to a 7.2 php, and now my site won’t recgnize it and it is down. I have contacted flywheel, and they pinpointed the error, but then I have to contact you. I don’t have the login for my account, as I didn’t make it up. I can’t get the login info from thke developer. I need someone to talk to. They have setup another theme, but it only shows text. They say I need a new theme, but I have no idea how to go about that. I see it didn’t all download. Anyway, please contact me to help get this resolved. Thank you

Hi Gary,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for your problem. We can help you to update but we need some sort of verification that you actually own a license, I’m guessing the developer you are referring to bought or provided you with the license? If you can’t get the license details then I think the best choice would be to purchase a new license as you will have this problem every time you want to update otherwise. If you would like to purchase it again then you can do so at the link you posted, after that we can help you out with updating on the support forum.

Thanks for that, though that is not a purchase code. At the end of the day, you will need a valid license and access to an Envato/Themeforest account. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update in the future. It might not have occurred to you at the time, but you should have asked the developer for access to the account with which the theme was bought.
If you do have access to Envato/Themeforest, then this is how you find your purchase code:
