I used and love this themes for several clients – normally fresh install is no problem but this one has given me fatal errors – see private content for full error message.) (…themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/widgetarea.php on line 69)
I have removed the theme and reinstalled it 2 times – what is going on? Please advise.

The error indicates a problem with the memory limit set on your site, i’d suggest increasing it to at least 128M:
