March 31, 2016 at 5:44 am #605632Hey Jesusarco!
I do not see any errors on the link provided it seem to work fine not sure you got this sorted.
If you think there error is because some files were not transferred properly from the old server please use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ to transfer your site from one server to another.
The other reason could be because there may be a js conflict with plugins
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedRegards,
VinayMarch 31, 2016 at 11:05 am #605775Hi good morning, flyansee.info, this website migrated it to a new server that cannot be viewed online only if you put data access into the terminal to take you to that IP and this is the way that you see this error on screen,
The web that you show me is the original but not the new one….
Thanks a lot
Lea

March 31, 2016 at 1:13 pm #605856Hi!
Thanks for getting back to us. Did you try to find if there are any plugins in conflict? If there is no conflict in plugin please backup your site using a plugin like duplicator and move it to the new server again so in case any files were corrupt or not copied properly it will be overwritten and the error should be fixed.
Best regards,
VinayApril 1, 2016 at 12:56 pm #606639Hi Again, the Layer Slider support PHP7??, because the version that i have on my last installation theme 3.5 tell me this advise:
Server configuration issues detected!
phpQuery, an external library in LayerSlider, have unmet dependencies. It requires PHP5 with the following extensions installed: PHP DOM extension, PHP Multibyte String extension. Please contact with your hosting provider to resolve these dependencies, as it will likely prevent LayerSlider from functioning properly. This issue could result a blank page in slider builder.
And the Layer Slider 5 support php7
Thanks a lot…

April 3, 2016 at 7:22 am #607142Hi,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,

April 5, 2016 at 2:01 pm #608290Hi!
LayerSlider should work on PHP7. I tried to login using credentials from here, but they don’t work for me. Please deactivate all plugins while testing. Are we allowed to deactivate all of them by ourselves?
Cheers!
