    Hi,

    When I uploaded Enfold to the newest version, I got this error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method aviaShortcodeTemplate::get_element_styles() (please see private content for full message) – causing the whole site to crash I cannot enter the wp-admin – I only have acces through ftp:

    What causes this and what can I do to fix it? I have tried to roll back to an earlier backup file, but that doesn’t seem to help at all?

    Hi Malene,

    Can you give us admin access (just change the password once this is fixed) and FTP access?
    Please post the credentials in private content.
