Tagged: fatal error, php memory
Hello,
I am working on a site and when the site is on the sub-directory everything works fine, however when I tried to migrate the site from the sub to the root I am encountering this fatal error.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/boniereb/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/generic-helper.class.php on line 47
you can visit dev.bonierebakery.com and bonierebakery.com to see the issue.
I have added define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ ); to the wp-config.php file however there has not been any changes.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Hayden
Hi haydaw,
You might have to increase it even more, 256 might help. I would try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can do it for you and to check if they have an upper limit set. If you should need more help from us the please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
Rikard
