    Hi,

    I updated Enfold ver to 4.2.6 and got HTTP ERROR 500. I checked with the hosting and they get:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /nas/content/mysite/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php:10) in /nas/content/mysite/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php on line 12

    What is this? Can you fix it?

    Hey sasha,

    Can you give us a link to your site? also please give us ftp access, so we can try to debug and check further. Please post the details in private content, so it’s visible only to moderators.

    I already restored the website from backup and it’s back to normal. Something with the 4.2.6 version makes it break… Any other way you can test and fix this?

    Hey,

    Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes folder via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file. It should be only inside wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/ folder.

    If you do not mind, you can post FTP logins here privately and we can delete old file for you :)

    I deleted the file and then updated the Enfold version. Works now. Thanks…
