    Hi

    We updated a website with WPML from Enfold 4.2.6 to Enfold 4.3.

    After that, it didn’t work correct anymore. The video on the homepage didn’t work anymore, the french version of the website was completely corrupt.

    So we restored a backup to go back to Enfold 4.2.6.

    Now the website seems to work again, but we cannnot login in the administration of WordPress anymore. We got a HTTP 500 and in the log we see the following message:

    AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_upcoming_events_fallback() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/ofsummersnow.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming.php:15) in /var/www/vhosts/ofsummersnow.ch/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming/events_upcoming.php on line 13\n’

    Please help us, we have no idea how to fix this…

    Hey Michael,

    Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely delete the theme folder from the server, and then re-upload a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps please?
