Hi there,
I recently installed an FAQ plugin which unfortunately doesn’t work properly with the enfold theme. Each FAQ title is supposed to expand in the same window, but instead, when a user clicks on any of the FAQ titles, they are redirected to an entirely new page with the body of the clicked FAQ.Here is a video of the UX: https://www.screencast.com/t/gOtOVr9hp
There is some kind of JS page loader happening that is triggering the link. You can tell just by the way the page transitions.
I already contacted the support team of the plugin but hadn’t gotten closer to a solution. But I see that when I switch themes, the plugin then works.
Appreciate your help!

The link action is not canceled and so the link does it’s default function, which is taking you to another page.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?Best regards,

Thanks for your response. Absolutely!January 10, 2018 at 11:33 pm #895864Hi,
Can I ask, why not you use Accordions of ALB to create the faq, it would be a lot easier and faster and you will not load your web site with a lot of things?
Chck the setting of your plugin, there is different options to stay on page or go to new one maybe?Best regards,

Simply because this external FAQ plugins offers more features than the one which comes with Enfold.
Thanks
January 14, 2018 at 1:43 pm #897082Hi evivecare,
We would like to help you with this issue, unfortunately, 3rd party plugins are outside the scope of our support and it would require quite some time and customization make the plugin you mentioned to be compatible with the theme, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
