Hello Community,
I am experiencing problems with the Fancy Product Designer in combination with the Enfold Theme.
Problem Description
The Fancy Product Designer enables customers to create individualized designs in combination with WooCommerce Products. After the Sale is made, the Design can be exported in the Backend via the WooCommerce Order Dashboard.Normally, the Design can be Exported via the Single Order View, once the Design has been loaded into Product Viewer” of Fancy Product Designer.You can then choose from three different options to export the documents (Print ready, Basis, Single Element).
These options are unfortunately not showing up, when woocommerce is active.
Checklist
– Moved Website to another Server into Staging Environment
– Updated Fancy Product Designer Plugin to Version 4.7.3
– Updated Enfold to Version 4.8.7
– Tried it with and without my Enfold Child Theme
– Updated and Deactivated all other PluginsOnly after using a regular Standard Theme such as “Twenty Twenty” i am able to properly export the files. Can you guys help me out?

Sorry for the late reply, I have not seen this plugin before so I tried researching it by going to the plugin site and their YouTube channel, but they don’t seem to explain the export feature that you are describing, and it seems to be a paid plugin so I can’t try it out. From your explanation it sounds like you are looking for an export option in the woocommerce order panel in the backend.
Enfold doesn’t modify the backend panel for woocommerce, so I’m not sure why you would not see this. I would recommend asking the plugin author for any ideas for possible conflicts.Best regards,
